E-mail from JoAnne Thomas 2/13/06: Today I have found that the Whites with the "Pleasant" name seem to come from Fluvanna County, VA. That's just west of Richmond. There are many trees and that name is handed down from one generation to another from VA to Miss. with GA and Al in between. I can't seem to match up the right Pleasant with the right dates, however. I'll keep trying. I feel that the answer lies probably in paperwork in Shelby Co. Al and in the County in Ga. that he was born in-whereever that is. This White family in Fluvanna VA seems to be rich with History. When you get time check them out.
